Love your article and found it very relevant. When I first purchased my apple watch I loved constantly tracking what I was doing during the day. I found it became an unhealthy habit and did not like constantly getting my phone notifications so it has now been sitting in my room for over a year and the only time I track anything is when I wear my heart rate monitor at the gym. For me, it feels nice not to have a second device with me constantly.
